Terms of Sale
All Cebeci Arms products will be sold “as is” and “with all faults”. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. Should any Cebeci Arms product proves to be defective after purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor/retailer assumes the risk of all necessary servicing or repairs.
Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to product sold.
Determination of the fitness or the suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer. Claims for defective materials or workmanship to be made within 10 days. Call for instructions. Returns can not be accepted for used items. 20% restocking fee may apply.
Cebeci Arms reserves the right to make changes in products built and/or sold by them at any time without incurring any obligation to make same or similar changes on products previously built and/or sold by them. Prices and models are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
Should you have a Cebeci Arms product in need of return, exchange or repair, simply contact us via phone or email.
Claims for returns or exchanges must be made within ten days of receiving the product. No returns will be accepted without prior factory authorization. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns cannot be accepted for items that are discontinued, used, non-stocked, custom made, altered or not purchased directly from Cebeci Arms.Should you have a Cebeci Arms product in need of return, exchange or repair, simply contact us via phone or e-mail.
Cebeci Arms uses only the highest quality materials, however, we do not manufacture all of the component pieces used in our products. Therefore, there may be occasions when a repair is necessary. We will give you a factory Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for shipping your product. Items without a factory Return Authorization Number (RA#), printed clearly on the outside label, will not be accepted by our Receiving Department. Repairs cannot be made on items that have been altered or customized. We will extend every effort to make the necessary repair quickly and return the product to you promptly. If there is a charge for your repair you will be notified before the work is performed.
